LPA Registration Fees
The fees to register the LPAs at the Office of the Public Guardian are as follows:
If the Donor's gross annual income is above £12,000 the fee is £92 per LPA .
If the Donor's gross annual income is below £12,000 the fee is £46 per LPA.
A donor may be entitled to an exemption of fees based on receipt of certain means-tested benefits when an application to register is made.

Home/Hospital/Hospice visits are provided if needed at an additional cost, which will depend on location and travelling time.
Please let us know if you require a home visit and we can confirm the cost prior to an appointment.
